Job Candidate Requirements
Education:

v Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (Technical education is preferred)

v Computer Science or IT related specialty is a benefit
Knowledge

v Strong IT knowledge is a must

v Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel with functions, macro’s, pivots etc, Outlook and Access basics)

v Database related knowledge is a must (theory, structure and understanding of principles)


Personal:

v Team Player with good communication skills

v Fluent written and oral English

v Willing to work in multitask surround – strong in organizing own time

v Ready to provide trainings and presentations

v Good attitude to work

v Readiness to travel if needed is a benefit

v Wisely ambitious person to be able to work as PM P&T Spec. during a long-run period


Questions:

v Experience with Microsoft Office (list of application, which candidate have used frequently) – needs to be all or almost all MS Office apps

v Is the knowledge on user level or formula’s, macro’s, development took place – minimum formula’s and understanding of sense what is macro and basics

v Experience with E-PM or some other Progress Tracking tools – list of tools and role user/admin/developer

v Education technical or not – technical preferred of course

v Experience to describe and analyze any processes – examples

v Knowledge in Database Theory – examples, source of info

v Familiar with scripting languages – list and knowledge level, it’s an advantage

v SQL Knowledge - advantage
