News for your awareness:

New organization was created, the aim is to help those who are in need. They have art gallery where they want to place works: drawings, sculptures and other handcrafts made by talented orphans, handicap people and so on. They also plan to sell those things - and give those money to authors. I will be thankful to you if you can give me information about talented people and organizations like: orphans houses and handicap people organizations that will be glad to provide art works for this business. We can give them chance for success and happiness, which they seek.

There are a lot of talented children in the orphan's house, they just needs of care from the state.

Вот опять забота идет только о сиротах, а ведь есть талантливые и в малоимущих семьях. Прошу понять меня правильно но не стоило так разделять понятие талантливый ребенок.

I can't say to you so exactly, but nearly 3 weeks ago by chance I watched a telecast about the talented children who lives in the orphanage. The guidance of these homes offer all necessary facilities for them BUT after leaving the orphanage (at the age of 18) they lose the chance for developing their talent. That's why they need a schools, such as you enumerated.
